What Pioneer Partners get

- Rider booking against your real availability, and your diary.
- Payments straight to your own Stripe account.
- Horse records and daily safety records.
What you get
- 12 months of Plus at no charge, counted from your first paid booking. Your riders pay no booking fee in that time.
- We build your listing with you and help you invite your existing clients.
- After that you choose: stay on Plus, move to Essential, or agree a Performance price with us. No choice means Essential.
What we ask
- A short monthly check-in.
- Honest feedback on what works and what does not.
- Permission to say you are a Pioneer Partner.
Card processing is still taken from your payouts at cost.
There is no charge to join the programme, and you do not have to replace the systems you already use. What we want is your experience: what takes too long, what frustrates your team, and what you would design from scratch if you could.
