Pricing
Free to run your yard on.
You keep the full lesson price on every booking. Riders pay a small fee at checkout, shown separately from your price and never taken out of it. Your safety records are free to keep, permanently.
Get startedWhat you actually pay
You keep the full lesson price. The rider pays a fee at checkout — £2.95 for the first lesson, 60p per extra lesson — shown separately.
A rider who finds you on Trottr is yours from their first lesson onward, at the full price you set, for as long as they keep coming back. We do not charge you for the introduction.
Daily checks, incidents, near misses and welfare logs are free to record and free to keep, permanently — not a trial, and not something we will start charging you to write down.

The rider’s booking fee
Trottr is paid by riders, not by schools. A rider pays £2.95 for the first lesson in a checkout and 60p for each extra lesson in the same booking — so a block of ten costs far less per lesson than ten separate bookings would.
The fee is added at checkout and shown as its own line. It is never deducted from your price: a £40 lesson pays out as a £40 lesson. There is no fee at all on a booking paid with account credit or a gift voucher.
The dashboard shows the last 90 days of safety-check history. Nothing older is deleted — every record is retained in full, indefinitely, and appears in your exports and in any evidence you need to produce.
