Three million people ride in this country.
Two thirds of the schools that teach them have waiting lists. By any normal measure, this should be a booming industry.
Instead it's disappearing quietly. Not for lack of riders, but for lack of the basic tools every other service industry takes for granted: a way to be found, a way to be booked, a way to prove you're run properly when it's time to renew your insurance.
We built those tools.
Trottr is where riders find and book lessons, properly, in under a minute, without a phone call that goes to voicemail. For schools, it's more than a listing. Underneath the booking page sits a live compliance record: safety checks, welfare logs, staff qualifications, all timestamped, all real. Most booking platforms stop at the calendar. We didn't think that was enough.
We launch in Berkshire. We're going everywhere after that.
Find a school near you. See real availability. Book in under a minute. No waiting lists that go nowhere.
List your sessions and reach riders you don't currently have. It costs you nothing: no commission, nothing to take a booking, and no fee for the riders we bring you. Riders pay a small booking fee at checkout, shown separately from your price — that is how Trottr makes money.
Alongside it, a compliance dashboard runs quietly in the background, doing what no school currently has the time to do by hand.

Dexter Stewart
Founder & CEO
Dexter has spent nine years in the equine industry. Trottr started with a frustration he couldn't shake: how hard it was to simply book a riding lesson. The numbers told him it wasn't a personal problem but an industry-wide one nobody had properly solved. He leads Trottr's strategy and its relationships with the schools and riders it exists to serve, driven by a genuine love of horses and a belief that an industry this important deserves better than it's had.

Alex Price Richards
Co-Founder & CTO
Alex, coming from building an AI-driven farming intelligence platform, leads development at Trottr. Passionate about creating truly helpful technology, he co-founded Trottr to build something a genuinely underserved industry could rely on and love.
We're based in Berkshire, and we're just getting started.
