Less booking admin
Bookings land in your diary.
Riders book against your real availability, so a one-to-one lesson is only offered when your yard can staff it, and a group class against the places left in it. Phone and walk-in bookings go into the same diary.

Easier payments
The money moves without you.
Riders pay by card at checkout, and the lesson price goes straight to your own Stripe account, which pays out to your bank automatically. Trottr never holds your takings and takes no commission.
You pay card processing at cost, taken from your payouts, so a £45 lesson pays out as £45 less card processing. There is one booking fee per checkout, shown to riders as its own line. On Performance, any share of it you cover comes off your payout too.

A clearer view of the yard
Your whole yard in one view.
A licensed riding establishment must keep a daily record of each horse’s workload. Every lesson with a named horse writes itself in, and you add the hacking, lunging and schooling that were not booked through Trottr.
- Set your own daily and weekly limits; going over is recorded against the horse, not blocked
- Give every horse a weight limit and a minimum rider ability, and riders outside them are not offered that horse — the final say on the day stays yours
- Farrier, vet and welfare events show what is next due, not only what was last done
- Passport, UELN and microchip in one register
In the yard, on a phone
The paperwork you already do, turned into evidence.
Twelve daily checks, incidents, near misses, horse welfare and per-session PPE, each one a tap on a phone in the yard. Every entry is timestamped and attributed, and the safety records are append-only: a correction adds a line and keeps the original.

- Photographs carry their own location and capture time

Keep taking bookings by phone and in person. They go in the same diary as online bookings, so there is no day you have to switch over.
