Trottr is a booking and safety-record system built for UK riding schools. You keep the full lesson price — no commission, no charge per booking, and nothing to pay when we bring you a rider you didn't already have.

You are already doing daily checks and writing up incidents. On paper, that is a folder nobody can verify. Here, every entry is timestamped, attributed to the person who made it, and locked so it cannot be quietly changed later — the difference between saying you run a safe yard and being able to show it.
Free forever, even if you never take a single booking through us. Recording is free because a record only counts if all of it is there.
The records you already keep

Written once, never rewritten
Every entry is stamped with the time, who recorded it and where, then locked by the database itself. A correction adds a new line; it never edits the old one.

Riders find you, choose a slot that genuinely exists and pay for it online, at any hour. No phone call, no voicemail, no callback — it is in your diary before you next look at your phone.

Paid before they arrive
Every booking is paid in full at checkout, then paid out to your own bank account. We never hold your takings.
You know who is coming
Every rider books from an account with their contact details attached — no anonymous slots, and no surname to chase on the day.
You keep the lesson price. Every lesson.
No commission on your bookings, nothing to pay to take them, no setup fee, and no charge for moving your current clients across. Riders pay a booking fee at checkout — £2.95 for the first lesson and 60p for each extra lesson in the same booking — shown separately from your price, never taken out of it.
We do not charge you for the riders we send you either. If someone finds your school on Trottr and books for the first time, that rider is yours — the first lesson and every lesson after it, at the full price you set.
That is the whole arrangement. Listing your school, taking bookings, being paid out and keeping your safety records all cost nothing, and the records stay free to keep permanently — see what you get in full.
What that looks like. A rider who has never ridden with you finds you on Trottr and books a £40 lesson. You receive the full £40, paid before they arrive. They come back weekly for a year: every one of those lessons is yours in full, and you are never invoiced for any of it.

We are onboarding our first schools now, and we would rather have you on the platform than have your money. Listing is free, taking bookings is free, and the riders we send you are free. We will build your listing with you and bring your existing client list across ourselves — they stay marked as yours, and they were never going to cost you anything anyway.

Take bookings
Riders find you, book online and pay upfront, and the slot lands in your dashboard. The money is paid out to your own bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule — we never hold your takings.
We built Trottr because booking a riding lesson still means a phone call, a voicemail, and a callback — and because the schools we ride at deserve software that takes safety and admin as seriously as they do. We're riders first. If you run a school, we'd love to build this with you.
